Mountain Biking & Hiking Tours. 
Full and half-days tours for all endurance levels.  Iguana Mama's guides take you on off-road trails through the Dominican villages where you have the opportunity to see the beauty of the Dominican people and richness of the countryside.

Scuba diving.
Boat diving, wreck diving, sweet water cave diving, instruction for all levels, equipment rental, and more, all located right across the street from the Windsurf Resort.

River Rafting, Canyoning, and Caving.
Full-day excursions offering white water rafting on the El Yaque del Norte, vertical climbing up weird and wonderful rock formations, or exploring the dark world of stalactites and stalagmites in the "Mouth of the Devil."

Surfing with Surf and Sport.
Instruction and rental equipment.  Just 3 minutes outside of Cabarete, Playa Encuentro offers consistently good surf year round.

Island Touring.
Personal guides take you on a culture and shopping tour of Puerto Plata or an island and beach tour to the mangrove forests or Laguna Gris Gris and to Playa Grande, irreputably the most beautiful beach on the north coast.

Horseback Riding.
Choose between full-day excursions through lush mountain ranges or by-the-hour rides on the beach.

Motorbike rental.
From Cabarete, rent a motorbike and explore at will.  The rental company suggests a number of beautiful half or full-day rides around the island where you will discover quaint beaches, restaurants, and other sights.
