What to Expect

Check-in & out

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am. Late Check-in/out requests must be made prior to - at the guest service desk. 30% deposit required at time of booking. Full Payment required 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations over 30 days prior to check-in - full refund less $35 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days before check-in - no refund. Optional cancellation waiver - $70. Allows cancellations up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Must be purchased within 48 hours of confirmation.

Area Discounts

All guests are issued a preferred guest card, which provides discounts from area merchants on various activities such as whitewater rafting, dog-sledding, dining, shopping, entertainment, hot springs, equipment rentals and more.

Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine while looking at the beautiful mountain landscape and cooking dinner on the gas barbeque.

Enjoy the opportunity to exercise in our complimentary fitness centre featuring cardio machines, weight training stations and free weights.

We provide our guests with a large outdoor gas barbeque and villas with a bqq on the balcony.

Internet Access

Wireless internet is available in the guest rooms and the adjacent areas. There are also computers with internet access available in the guest lounge.

Parking

Complimentary secure heated underground parking is available for all guests. One stall is provided for each suite.

Housekeeping

Full housekeeping services provided once a week or upon departure. Additional housekeeping available upon request at a fee of $50. Guests are required to load and start the dishwasher prior to check-out to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Getting to Canmore

By road Canmore is located just five minutes from Banff National Park and a one hour drive from Calgary.

Canmore is the first major town you'll find as you drive west of Calgary on the Transcanada Highway.

To get to Sunset Resorts turn right off the Trans Canada Highway at Exit #91 and merge to Highway 1A. Keep going up the Bow Valley Trail until you cross benchlands trail. Turn right on Sidney Street. Sunset Resorts check in desk is located at 109-1151 Sidney Street.

If you are flying to Calgary, you will arrive at the Calgary International Airport. The airport has many shuttle services available that will take you directly to Canmore.
